can Fludrocortisone actually cause POTS remission???

Just came back from the doctor. He wants to put me on fludrocortisone, and said there’s a possibility that my body will “reset” and function normally until i reach old age. This sounds too good to be true. He also said there’s a decrease in symptoms for most people affected in their mid to late twenties. Is this true? Im 22F but i only feel my body getting worse with time. Anyway, please share your good/bad experiences with fludrocortisone. Im scared of getting a moon face hahaha
