Any legit shops with the cheapest prices?

Seeking some assistance/opinions from you guys. Can you suggest any shops that provide the cheapest or at least closest to MSRP prices? Im planning on building a high-end PC, 100-120k budget.

I’ve only looked at Bermore,JDM tech,Shopee and Lazada. I don’t have the option to go to any store physically since I live outside metro manila, specifically in Pangasinan, and i do not have any knowledge which shops are SAFE/LEGIT/RELIABLE/TRUSTWORTHY.

I would appreciate any kind of info. Thank you!
