Proposal: Gilgamesh mechanics adjustments
Hey shielded travelers,
We've been reading up on great feedback from our Gilgamesh community, who have felt quite down since the Spiked Shield rebalance.
Although we don't want to make significant meta changes right now (including the addition of new class skills) -- as Towers of Olympia will be shaking up the endgame quite a bit in terms of play and balance -- we do see some recurring themes with Gilgameshes that we would like to address.
These themes:
* Low defense penetration options
* Low Ward/HP for a tank class
* Low dex resulting in higher miss chances
To help address these, we invite all Gilgameshes who have the beta client to join in on the open beta, which includes the following adjustments:
* Spiked Shield: this skill now has the highest penetration of the Spiked Shields, but consumes less Ward. Additionally, it now has a static 5% miss chance.
* Spiked Shield II: this skill now has the higher penetration than before, consumes less Ward, and has a static 5% miss chance.
* Spiked Shield III: this skill now has slightly more penetration than before and has a static 5% miss chance.
* Guarding Strikes III: this skill now has double the penetration and uses less mana.
* The HP (and therefore Ward) of Gilgamesh was slightly increased
