Telegram issue

Im not quite sure whats the problem, but I cant register on telegram app. You need to enter your phone number and they have to call you and tell registration code but Ive never recieve an incoming call from them. Sooo, do I have any issues or they have issues? Same thing with telegram X. Using find x8 pro. Indo, global version, active e-sim.
