Quest 3 won't suggest a boundary and games don't work

So basically, I factory reset the headset, I did it on purpose so obviously no big deal. I set it up like normal. I let it download the games and when it was done, I wanted it to suggest a boundary for me since I didn't wanna spend more time on drawing it myself. But it kept suggesting me a stationary boundary, no matter how big the room was. The depth sensor thingy also looked quite funky, it looked normal and everything worked great when I first got it but now it's having problems with this. And for the game part, when I try to open basically any game, it gets a notification that opening the game failed and I should try again. I try again, it opens and it runs, but I can see everything for a split second and then the next thing I see is my room in passthrough. Just that. I cant even open the meta menu. I have to restart the headset if I want to get back to the menu. I don't know what's happening and I really hope it's a simple fix.
