Pay increase at Optum

How many percent increase did you get this year? Got 1.5% and now earning a few cents away from minimum pay. Anyone else with Optum for years and still on minimum pay because they only raised minimum pay but no cost of living consideration, so new hire and old employees are now earning the same :(
