How much time does it take to heal?

I am a person that can control himself very well (300-500 days), but when I just let it slide I can fap 5 to 7 times a day. I fapped 7 times in thursday, 6 times yesterday and 6 times today. How much time will it take to actually heal? some say a month, some say 3 months.
