My p1000 is glitching out

First I noticed it wouldn't switch on Bluetooth even though I set it to. Then, it wouldn't let me take(save really) any new pictures or delete pictures on the SD card. It says SD card can't be read, even though it does let me look through my gallery. It just won't let me delete. I bought a new SD card and for this one, it says this card cannot be used. It's a Microsd inside of a bigger SD card. I've had the camera for years and I'm not sure what's happening to it.
