Sleep Help
My baby just turned 1, but we have struggled for weeks with very late bedtimes. Like, it takes her 2-3 hours to wind down before falling asleep. I started bedtime at 8:30 tonight, it’s now 11:30, and baby is still not asleep. She woke up at 8 this morning and had her regular two naps (the last one ended at 5.) She is about to start to walk so I’m wondering if it’s a regression, or if it’s time to drop a nap. Please help!
