Need advice

Today I saw my old NK being driven around by their new nanny (we are all working in the same neighborhood). She was driving super recklessly and I saw her blow a stop sign. These kids are so precious to me and I would hate to see something happen to them. I should 100% tell the mom right? We are like family and I would feel weird not saying anything. Ugh.
