Your Nanny ALWAYS knows when you leave YOUR responsibilities for us

I get it, you’re tired & you have kids. That doesn’t make it okay or fair to leave your messes from non work days for your Nanny when they come in. Your kid woke up before Nanny arrived? They shouldn’t be in a heavily soiled diaper or screaming for food because they’ve been awake over an hour without food. Didn’t feel like doing laundry over the weekend/days without nanny? Don’t expect your Nanny to get it done all in one shift. We ALWAYS CAN TELL when you’re leaving your responsibilities for us ALWAYS. I am a nanny not a housekeeper!!! If I was I’d charge way more. Stop adding to the stress of a task even YOU don’t want to do onto your nanny. If you’re expecting your nanny to leave your home in a certain condition (bottles made, dishes cleaned, fresh diapers, laundry cleaned & put away, & the usual cleaning up after nks etc) then you need to have it in that condition when your nanny arrives to work or hire an actual housekeeper!!!!
