Babboe Lastenrad(CargoBike) Reparatur / Repair

Has anyone actually had experience getting a Babboe Lastenrad/CargoBike in Munich repaired? I've reached out to almost all "bikeable" recommended partners in Munich on Babboe.de's website and we've either received no response at all, a response saying we only fix ones sold here, or sarcasm about us having gotten a Babboe in the first place. (I know they're death traps but its what I'm stuck with right now, and my model is not on the recall list.)

I've accepted that I'll probably have to pay out of pocket for the repair. So I'm figuratively standing up in a crowd waving my wallet around saying, "can somebody please fix my bike. I will give you money."

(Background = 18 months old Black Babboe Ecurve. Began receiving Error 5 two weeks ago. Already did all of the recommended fixes (cable disconnecting and reattaching) and systems resets but spedometer still doesnt work and motor does initiate)

I love bikepick for my non-lastenrad. but they dont do Lastenrads.

UPDATE: Found a dealer in Munich who would fix it (and not ask where I bought it in the first place, every so often capitalism perseveres in Munich) and they did. (Thank you Zweirad Stadler Leuchtenbergring). The controller box needed some sort of software update. Apparently, its been happening to Babboe's with the same controller box all over the world in the past month.
