Rant: I miss my curves
I finally hit my pre-baby weight (62.5kg vs. 103kg highest). And I am absolutely not complaining one bit, I feel amazing both mentally and physically.
But damn… I miss my ass, lol. I feel like it just went completely flat, and I always had curves when I was younger.
Has anyone been able to effectively work out in the gym and get it back? Any ideas? I’ve never been a gym goer, but I feel like I just got a second shot at feeling healthy and great, so I think it’s the way to go.
