Store Issue PS5

Hi there, encountered this problem since I got the game and wanted to see if anyone else has had issues like this.

My main account I play on is not the one that has PS Plus (moved countries so made a different account in the country I’m in to pay the local currency for online).

I can play multiplayer just fine, however whenever I go into the store, it will always pop up with a PlayStation screen saying “the item you’re looking for is unavailable”.

There is nowhere I can purchase COD points in the game, it just won’t let me buy them.

Even worse, I tried purchasing cod points with my main account from the PS Store to see if it would work. It took my money and spat out nothing in return. So now I’m 10 euros down and still have no cod points.

Anyone else experiencing this? I made a support claim with Activision a week ago but still no response.
