Is MW2 worth picking up?

The game is on sale for $35 on Steam and I'm considering picking it up. I really only care about the multiplayer. I really liked the beta for this game back in 2022 (on PS4) then I played a little bit during one of the free weekends (on PC) and it felt like a completely different game. So, I'm a little concerned because of that. Is MW2 worth picking up?

Also, How much storage does MW2 take up?
