Mod Perks?

Hi there, I run a mid-sized sub of 50k+ users

I was thinking about how Reddit profits from the work mods do for free, ie. maintaining spam-free, interest-focused communities. Building communities this way allows Reddit to sell targeted advertising inventory at higher prices than generic advertising slots

I was wondering if there were any perks for being a mod eg. providing mods with Reddit Ads spend per month? It seems only fair that Reddit give back -- especially if you take a look at the share price over the last 6 months

To be honest, I'm still a little salty over the IPO offer being available to only US residents, and I think if you look at the global picture, many moderators would appreciate some recognition of the work we put in to building vibrant communities
