Gameforge Game Account

Hey guys, i need a bit of help. I'm new to this game and i can't even start playing, the Gameforge launcher wants me to Add or Create a Game account Is that separate from my Gameforge account? bc when i try to use my login for Gameforge it says "Could not add your game account" But if i try to us the Create game account, no matter what username i write in there it says "An error has occurred" I made sure that the region is the same as the one i downloaded. Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks for the help in advance!
