Can someone explain why everyone likes this album?

I like Judas Priest. Painkiller is easily the best metal album ever made. I really like all their classic stuff. I enjoyed Redeemer of Souls, not so much Firepower. But Invincible Shield... I listen to it again today and my brain just didn't catch anything of note, it is just mediocre. So why is everyone so excited about it?
