Deadpool Movie - Same universe as X-Men?

We know that Fox rewrote the entire X-cinematic universe with Days of Future Past and many discrepancies can be explained away with alternate timelines. But is this Deadpool movie part of the current X-timeline?

It is definitely an alternate timeline (whether separate or part of current x-movies we're not sure) as everything from the 1970s on has been altered due to the events of Days of Future Past.

Here's the odd thing though. The Wade Wilson we saw in Wolverine: Origins was about 30 years old in the early to mid 1970s when Stryker's Team X mercenary squad is active. That would mean that Wade Wilson was born in the early to mid 1940s.

But now we see Wade Wilson who looks to be somewhere in his early 30s-40s in the year 2015 or 2016.

That would mean that this Wade Wilson had to be born in the 1970s or 1980s.

But Days of Future Past only changed the timeline from the 1970s on so how would it have prevented the Origins Wade Wilson from being born in the 1940s or 1950s?

And for that matter, why does Colossus not have a Russian accent in previous films but has one now? Maybe the timeline alteration affected where he was raised as a boy.

But that doesn't solve the two different Wade Wilson's operating in different decades, unless one of his mutant powers was slow aging like Wolverine's.

He's considered to be a mutant in Origins though we don't really see his powers other than being crazy good with swords.

And it seemed as if he wasn't considered a mutant in Deadpool until he got the Ajax treatment.

Whatever, I doubt we will get any explanation on this other than maybe Fox just says that Origins is not part of the ongoing Xmen cinematic universe canon.
