Best weapons for solo/occasional 2 person?

So, I played TF outta World and Iceborne. Got both platinums, and getting around to this and Sunbreak.

Now, generally I find a weapon, and stick to it. I did both those games, as bow, and bow alone. I fucking LOVED the bow. But.....it feels weird in Rise. I was thinking of going Greatsword, but I know the power of the gun meta, and debating going HBG for the whole thing (or LBG if its superior).

Any Rise veterans opinions would be great, between these 3. Thanks! For purposes, I enjoy all 3 to a good extent. And while multiple sets arent a bad thing, I do enjoy having a single set for multipurpose
