Golden Lie Dilemma

I’ve completely my first play through and was one “your heart is pounding” away from the weapon and got the “Rise of P” ending

So my question is how should i go about getting it during my platinum run?

Should i go for all human options and give my heart to papa G for the bad ending?

Or is there a way to get it while also getting the Free from puppet stings ending?
