Is it hard to find homes/apartments/flats for rent in Kochi for unmarried couples?

Its been a while since me and my bf started to look for a place to stay at kochi. We are looking for a place to stay near Kalur or Kadavanthra. Budget is 10 - 15k. It'd be awesome of its semi-furnished.

Anyone knows any leads?
