So how strong actually is this bum?

I genuinely don't know how strong this guy is.

-Some say he's Shibuya-Yuji level without his jackpot.Some also say that even in Jackpot, he's fodder and loses to base Kashimo. I've also seen people argue that he has no AP, and only punches and kicks.

-Some people actually take Yuta's statement to heart and believe he's on par with him. Some belive he can heal soul damage. I've even seen some people say that Hakari can beat EOS Yuji, Maki/Toji and a few others.

In my opinion, he's strong but it doesn't make sense for Hakari to be equal with Yuta, just because of a statement. According to the statements, Geto is 30% of Gojo's full power.
