Help!

Me and my girlfriend adopted an iggy back in November 2023. He just turned one years old this month! He's been amazing with potty training (for the most part besides him constantly lifting his leg when we go to my mother's house bc my mother has two dogs as well). However he's been having some crazy destructive behavior he has all the toys in the world, constant access to the backyard through a doggy door, as well as two other dogs to play with. His most recent offense was chewing up the carpeting on our stairs. We've done the spraying with bitter apple and we have had terrible luck with crate training even though we filled the crate with blankets toys beds and treats. He just refuses to listen. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any tips? he jumps on tables and chews decorations as well. Also chewed my girlfriends laptop charger, airpods, paintings, and even ate her mothers roses on Mother's day😭 Does anyone have any idea on how to help our iggy. We want to move to an apartment in the city but with his destructive behavior we arent willing to risk it. And giving him away just isn't an option.
