Shopper harassment

Another IC shopper accused me of taking pics of his wife while I was I was doing an order today. I told him I wasn’t and he kept following me around the aisles and yelling at me in Spanish. I talked to management and they informed me that it wasn’t the first time he has caused problems. But they also said there was nothing they could do and that I had to report it to instacart. I informed them that it was basically impossible for me to do that because I don’t have access to anything that would verify his identity. So I guess the only thing I can do is to inform management if it happens again and HOPE they ban him from the store? It’s ridiculous that that is the only method of action we have to keep ourselves safe from harassment from other shoppers… 🫤
