I have purchased the Monthly gifts through the lotus thing page, and once I activated them, I didn't got the 300 stellarites. Is it normal? Or a bug?

Customer service is not responding (I suppose because of CNY) and I don't know if I missed something.

It said it will give everything in the pass and I thought the stellarites were included.
