Help! Has anyone experienced losing revelation crystals?

So everytime I get 120+ diamonds I always convert them immediately into revelation crystals.

I am a complete f2p player as of now and I skipped like 2 banners + saved up on everything I got from quests and exploration and defeating other stylists plus the mirror event.

I am very sure that I managed to save up more than 200+ pulls already but yesterday after updating the game my revelation crystals went back to 120.

I know they used to give out limited time pink crystals in the first two banners but the crystals from the meteor shower event are permanent now right?

I'm so upset and confused at how it happened.

Also I noticed that when you try to unlock teleport towers it no longer gives u crystals and automatically opens without touching.
