Help with missing forced perspective quest

I need to complete one last forced perspective quest but I'm looking at the guides and I've done them all already and nothing is showing up at the locations either, am I missing something? has this happened to anyone else??

Edit: I figured it out but in case anyone has the same problem, the catching a waterfall quest bugged for me and didn't complete the first time, it didn't show up with a quest mark or in the random quests. I needed to talk to the faewish sprite, he thanked me for giving him the photo etc, I talked to him again, he gave me the quest for a second time and it completed normally
