There are so many rumors and bs that fapping everyday and watching porn makes you have less confidence which is complete bs i use to be a regular porn watcher and masturbater when i got my gf

Our perception of intimacy is just sex but in reality intimacy is when someone is close to you mentally, emotionally or physically, why am i telling you this?

Because humans are designed for intimacy period. After i got a gf my urge to masturbate died out automatically why cuz i had some sort of intimacy in my life but due to some personal issues i havent been able to even talk to my gf on call since a week and today i relapsed why cuz i had no intimacy in my life. It’s that simple i am not telling you to regularly fap, watch porn or get a gf asap i am just saying that you shouldn’t guilt trip yourself every time you fap you are just lonely try your best to socialize if you can’t it’s ok you are not a loser by any means

But yes i will say this very very clearly that porn will destroy your life it’s a very shitty thing don’t watch it i regret it myself

Also there should be a limit to fapping you can’t just fap and stay alone at home all day nuh uh i use to regularly fap after school(where most of my socialization is) then i was forced to go to tuition so i was constantly forced to socialize i wouldn’t just sit around at home enjoying myself fuck no
