CPU clock speed stuck at 0.4ghz

whenever I start playing any AAA titles or any intensive games. It doesn't happen while running benchmarks or while playing games like league of legends or valo. Right after I close the game the speed gose back to normal. My device is a dell g5 15 se. Ryzen 4600h with rx5600m. I have updated graphics drivers as well. Please help!!!
