Not Receiving 10x Reward Points on IDFC Millennia Card After ₹20k Milestone

Hey folks,

I’ve recently been using my IDFC Millennia Credit Card and spent over ₹46,000 in the current billing cycle. According to the card benefits, once you spend ₹20,000 in a billing cycle, you start earning 10x reward points.

I made sure to cross the ₹20,000 milestone first and then spent an additional ₹15,000 on flight tickets, ₹5,000 at Nykaa store, and made some more online payments totaling ₹46,000–₹47,000. However, my reward points are still showing only 676.

Am I misunderstanding something about how the reward points are calculated, or is there a delay in crediting them?

If anyone else holds the IDFC Millennia card, could you let me know if you’ve faced this issue? It’d be great if you could share a screenshot or details from your statement that mention how reward points are calculated for specific transactions.
