Am I overreacting?

We matched, had great convo, decided to meet tonight, she later messaged me I can only meet for 30 minutes, I was like okay, I am free, rode all the way to pick her up only to be told "I have to reach doctor in 10 minutes". Asked how does she plan to go, offered her a ride, dropped her, she messaged she'd text me when she gets free which she doesn't. So I left her this reply
