Has IBM Hursley become a tier 1 location?

I checked ask HR today and it looks like my compensation grade profile has changed to GBR_UK_Tier01 I believe it was previously Tier02. Looks like Compa ratio has decreased by ~0.3.

Have others with Hursley Location seen the same?
