Is there any characters you guy regret pulling and any characters that you guy didn't regret pulling?

I think there already bunch of post like this before, but I'm just curious, is there any characters that you guy regret pulling? For me it's Jingliu (and Sparkle but I use her for Mono Quantum), I'm sorry Jingliu fans, it just that after I get Acheron, my Jingliu never been used despite I have her LC while my Acheron doesn't have her LC yet. In addition, The Herta came out and dominate the entire MoC that has Ice Weakness! Her Damage is far higher despite not having LC or even her E2. If I was able to exchange my characters I will gladly change Jingliu to other.

The characters that I didn't regret pulling would be HuoHuo (and Ruan Mei, been a staple support before I got Robin), mainly because of how useful her ultimate is. Now, with the addition of The Herta, I didn't regret one bit pulling her, tho I'm sad that I also need her in DoT especially for the current Apocalyptic Shadow.
