Can someone explain me the Baiheng's drama?

Well, yesterday, when I was scrolling down memes on tiktok, I found someone playing Jingliu's quest, then, for for an unknown reason, I decided to read the comments and I found out, that there was a drama behind that story and I don't understand why (probably cause I feel like the Luofu was a complete mess), so, after an exhaustive and long investigation (I watched like 2 videos on TikTok), I got the conclusion that I was even more lost and I don't understand why, so, if doesn't break any rules of the community, can someone explain to me the Baiheng's drama and everything what happened please?
