Bathroom light replacement with junction box

Hello everyone I have this light on my condo bathroom has stopped working. I know little about electricity, I have some questions:

1, do I have to replace it with a similar one with junction box, or I can replace other type of lights?

2, if I need to change one with junction box, is it difficult to replace it? Anything I need to be aware of?
