What do I do

My girlfriend(19F) gave me herpes. I(19F) have always been very very paranoid about getting herpes. She didnt tell me she had it till she got a cold sore 2 weeks into our relationship, she said she forgot she had it. Even though I got tested and it came back positive for HPV-1 I stayed with her. Now four months later we live together. Im still struggling with this. She feels horrible about it and everytime its brought up she crys. I just feel lost I am currently having my second ever outbreak. Today she could have possibly given me HPV-2 after kissing me and not thinking well trying to kiss me down below. I just feel hurt. I try to talk about it with her but she just crys. She cried after I pushed her off and asked what she was doing and how she could give me HPV-2. I think im just more scared to get HPV-2 im genuinely terrified by it. I know chickenpox and shingles are types of herpes it doesn't ease me hearing 80% of people have had a type of herpes. I just dont know what to do I dont want to break up with her but I cant talk to her with out her feeling guilty and crying
