Help me find a bar in Long Beach!

This may be a long shot but in 2016 we stumbled across a tower in the middle of downtown in Long Beach California. We climbed many stairs and got to the top. There was a tiny cozy bar on top with a view of the city.

The bar was in no means fancy and pretty small inside.

The balcony was kind of narrow so not a lot of space to walk around-I remember everyone had to take turns to look over the balcony because there wasn’t too much space.

There was brick walls, at the time it looked decorated like día de los muertos, not sure if it’s always like that.

Please help me find this bar, I would love to revisit.

Another clue that may or may not be helpful: we got tipsy and I remember walking and walking and we ended up at the Hyatt Regency Hotel by the waterfront.
