There should be light, medium and heavy versions of armor in every warbond

I've noticed how the latests warbonds have started to leave out one armor version of the new armors along with the armor passives, either the medium or heavy armor and i dont get why they stopped doing that, it'd be cool and interesting (cosmetic and gameplaywise), if they made all versions of armor after a warbond releases, even if one armor is in the super store.
