A more durable Hecarim?

I used to play Hecarim jungle waaayyy back in season 4 and decided to dive into the pony once more for kicks and giggles. After getting throughly stomped a few dozen times I’m at a loss. How do people play this champ now with such a squishy meta build? Is there a more tanky build that’s viable in this season?
