When do you flush?

So my trichomes are still pretty clear but a few are starting to get milky. I keep hearing two weeks of flushing. Do I flush now and if I have to go an extra week of flushing to get perfect trichomes, is that fine? Thank you oh wise ones of Reddit Edit: running dwc hydro system
