Is Zeus as much of a dick in actual Greek mythology as he's portrayed in most media?

I'm only a casual mythology enthusiast so I don't actually know a ton about actual Greek mythology but it seems like most media (movies, TV, video games, etc) Zeus is portrayed as kind of a piece of shit lol
