What frame rates are you guys getting?

I just started playing again. Before the wipe I was getting 70-80fps, on ultra settings, now I'm only getting 40-50fps. EFT and Delta Force I have no problems hitting over 100 at max settings. This game doesn't seem particularly demanding, I know there's a lot of foliage, but even back at base in one of the houses I can barely eek out 60fps.

I've updated my Nvida Drivers, and as others suggested turned off hardware acceleration in windows. I'm not Using DLSS or any AA as it tanks my FPS even further. The Frame Gen feels like it's slowing my movement down and the trees get janky so I leave that off too.

Anyone else experiencing this?

EDIT: For Clarification I have a 3090ti, but from what I'm reading sounds like I need a 40 series.
