SGBX263 - Bad Experience with AD
Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a new Grand Seiko at a store, but unfortunately, the experience left me feeling a bit disappointed. The salesperson was mostly silent, making me feel like I had to keep the conversation going on my own. Despite this, I went ahead and bought the watch because I genuinely wanted it.
However, I had to return a couple of times to get the bracelet adjusted for a proper fit, and each visit left me feeling as if I were bothering them. I was even made to feel a bit out of place, as if my requests were unreasonable. It was quite disheartening, and it's affected my perception of the brand somewhat.
I really do love the watch itself, but I'm worried that these negative interactions might stay attached to it in my mind. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Do these memories fade over time, or is there a way to "separate" the watch from the experience? Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated
