Suggestion: Move the Scout to Mid-Tier for better rifle loadout flexibility

I feel like the Scout would fit better in the mid-tier section of the loadout, as it would free up one slot for more rifle options. Having to choose between different rifles and leave others out feels quite limitting. What do you guys think?
