Unknown hikes, spots, and scenic areas in the smokies?

Hey everyone I'll be coming to the smokies for a week for my wedding!!! We are both hikers and love food and this is our 4th time coming to the smokies. We want to know is there any cool hidden gems hikes or whatever to do other than the main stuff thanks yall for the info!!
