Lack of technical support

I made an account on December 28, 2024 and wasn't able to log in at the time, most likely due to the poor connection in the area. It just would not allow me to and did not receive any error pop up or notice that I had been suspended yet. I tried logging in later that same day and was told that my account was suspended. I have never used the app before, nor made any other accounts before that day. I wasn't even able to log in to use any of the features.

I sent an email to the support email and did not receive anything back, I checked spam and made sure I had sent the email. Fast forward to early this morning, January 9, 2025, I tried logging in again but still was unable to. I still did not receive an email from the support team and so I sent another requesting a follow up on the issue. It has been about 12 hours since I sent the email and still no response.
