My listing has been deactivated, but Amazon keeps telling me that there is nothing wrong with it.

I have been selling products on Amazon for the past two years. My product has never had any issues, and I am the brand owner of this product. Last week, my product was deactivated, and I was told it was because the offer was removed. However, even when I recreate the offer, the product does not get reactivated. I suspect the reason might be that my FBA fulfillment is marked as ineligible.

It states that my inventory is ineligible because it is missing certain information. However, after contacting Seller Support, I was told that no information is missing, and everything is correctly entered. Additionally, there are no restrictions on my product, and everything seems fine. Yet, I keep getting the response that further investigation is needed to understand why my product is not being reactivated.

This issue has been ongoing for over 10 days, but no progress has been made. If anyone has experience dealing with a situation like this, I would greatly appreciate your advice. Thank you for any suggestions!
