Should I accept or contest with eBay?

I’m still kind of new to people asking for refunds and I’m pretty sure I know that the answer will be to accept but I would like make sure. I’m sure that when I had them that they were the same color, but because they are suede I think that one boot is brushed differently and makes it look lighter. What should I do here?
