Did EA mess up 106 Eusebio with skill points?

He's a ghost in scouting camp. Tried with Cruyff in 2 striker formations.

101 Eusebio, meanwhile is still a beast.

If it was just skill points Cryuff wouldn't be everywhere while Eusebio was happy to pass the ball. FFS Palmer is more active than 106 Eusebio.
